Here’s how we’ll work together

What We Do

Boiler Servicing
We’ll inspect your boiler to keep it running safely and smoothly. This helps prevent breakdowns and might even save you money on energy bills. If your boiler is not working probably please book a boiler repair not a boiler service to avoid incurring an additional cost.

Boiler Repair
If your boiler is not working, book a boiler repair and we’ll fix it quickly and professionally. Our repair cost covers the first hour of labour. 75% of the time our engineer will be able to resolve your issue in 1 hour without replacement parts.

If your issue is more complicated, and will take longer than 1 hour to resolve, or will require further parts, you will be quoted for the additional cost before the work takes place.

Pricing

Up Front Pricing
We have worked hard to give a clear, fair and upfront price for our work.

Our pricing for repair covers the first hour or labour and does not cover parts.

75% of the time our engineers will be able to solve your problem in less than one hour without needing extra parts. If this is not possible, and parts or additional time is needed, you will be given a quote to resolve the issue.

Clear Quotes
Before we start further work, we’ll give you a clear price quote with no hidden fees.

Fair Prices
We aim to offer competitive prices for our services and to get you the best price on replacement parts.

Payment
You can pay after the work is done. We accept all major forms of credit or debit card, bank transfer, cash and all major forms of payment.

On Time
We’ll do our best to arrive on time for your appointment. If we’re running late, we’ll let you know.

Changes
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible.

We’ll use reliable parts for repairs, and we’ll always discuss the options with you.

Your Home
We’ll treat your home with respect and clean up the workspace before we leave. All our engineers carry shoe covers to protect your carpets and keep your home clean.

If Things Go Wrong

Our Guarantee
We offer a 12 month guarantee on our replacement parts. If a problem arises from our work, we’ll fix it at no extra charge.

Unexpected Issues
Sometimes we discover additional problems during a repair. If this happens, we’ll explain everything clearly and get your approval before doing any extra work.
